I’m always drawn in to your almost-rhyme. You lack of constraint upon the syllables and line length is very much how I best like free verse, because you keep the poetry in it.

Makes me think of a werewolf, caught somewhere between wolf and human form, with mental processes on both sides battling for dominance within its mind.

The poor sick wolf, but still noble. It’s a gorgeous image. I got this feeling like it was travelling to its final resting place.

It’s an overall sad poem. Even the harsh descriptions are tinted by a meloncholy glow.

@Micky I don’t think this is being mean to wolves. This just seems to be a majestic wolf forlorn. Beaten and broken and chased from the land.

Again, beautiful Tad. Almost as beautiful as my moon. But here, you own it and I can only gaze upon it.
