That was extremely weird, both in content (though it’s a neat idea, this strange fetish of this person) and in wording/grammar choices. His statement to her is particularly odd. Honestly, I don’t know what to make of it, whether you’re being intentionally silly or I’m missing something.

His line threw me off too. I can only assume he’s calling her an incompetent, um, well, debris of a biscuit.

I get the last paragraph though. You’re going nuts, and to add insult to injury, you’re not doing a great job in pimple removal.

One wonders what a person like your character will do at an acne convention. Probably establish the Fight Club of pimple popping.
