Magical and evocative last line. A bit quick for my tastes, but you know how wordy I can get, beating dead horses and using overly flowery language. In all reality, it probably works well for the format to get a story really moving and quickly. Ah me, listen to me rambling.

It is fast, I kind of wrote it in a hurry, trying to get my thoughts pinned down. I think I should chop this one off and start building a series from the last one.

just want you to know that I have edited and re-done this little series. It is a lot better. I’m submitting it to a contest. :)

Aww. Grown up to leave the nest. Hope he’s alright! A sad but beautiful ending to a charming little tale.
