“What’s going on?”
“Doesn’t matter. Just come on.”
“Where are we going?”
“I’ll tell you later.”
“If I don’t know now, why should I go?”
“I’m telling you to.”
“Why should I listen?”
“It’s in your best interest.”
“How do you know what’s in my best interest?”
“I have my ways.”
“And what would those be?”
“I’ll tell you later. We don’t have time here.”
“We won’t have time later, either.”
“You don’t know that.”
“Yes I do.”
“So what? We’ll get time eventually.”
“You don’t know that.”
“Yes I do.”
“What makes you so sure?”
“Nothing.”
“Then how do you know?”
“I’ll tell you later.”
“What if there isn’t a later?”
“Then you’ll never know.”
“I will if you tell me now.”
“I don’t have time to tell you now.”
“But you have time to argue with me.”
“Yes.”
“Why don’t you just take me by force?”
“You’d find a way out eventually. You have to be willing.”
“And what if I’m not?”
“I leave.”
“I thought you needed me.”
“I do.”
“So what happens if you leave without me?”
“That’s irrelevant.”
“Why?”
