Yah! I guess this goes to show that the designated driver should never leave his seat. Not while a non-sleeping drunk is still in the car, anyway. Aesthetically speaking the first paragraph may be better suited as two, perhaps beginning the second with ‘Becca and Andrew…’?

didn’t see that as intent to murder (tags).. I kind of pictured Andrew being too drunk to steer properly, or accelerate at a decent speed.. even if he was was mad at Becca.. but he’ll still go to jail.
