This could be the start of a mystery, like a Citizen Kane type thing.

That was the idea. I hope someone will take the mystery further.

I also love the Mayflower sailing east reference.
the use of the adverbs at the beginning and end make a great closure.
But I agree, this begs for a sequel.

No problem, SupRspi. The language and style need to be repeated now and then. It’s just that I started the story off with Theo in a tree… and I find it odd that he hasn’t gotten out of it yet. :-) Kinda funny. LOL.
