Wow. The imagery in this is amazing, and imaginative – the picture of Mother Mary really added to my picturing this scene. The repetition in the first paragraph was also really well done, and really added to the overall feel.
One thing: the phrase “to whomever come who may” seemed a little jumbled – I read it a couple times, but I’m still not entirely sure what it means. Not sure of how to fix it, but I feel like it could be cleaned up a little.
Thanks for the feedback someday_93. I agree that the last sentence needs some work – it’s a reference to Allen Ginsberg’s Howl, but I didn’t have a good reason for throwing it in. I’ll think about it a bit
Bizarre. Some great verbiage and descriptions, though I still wound up confused as to what is going on. A lot of it sounds like double entendre, but maybe not. So, he’s a serial killer or an eccentric gardener.
