I like it! The challenge seems to lend itself to darker stories, and this one made me smile. I totally would have been like that as a kid, and I know kids for sure who have done stuff like that. Sometimes I’m the one telling them not to jump :)

One little edit would be that in the fourth paragraph, you didn’t capitalize the name of her lamb, which you did earlier… not sure if that was intentional or not.

Although a simple down-to-earth story, I think this tells of what all children understand…it is that the universe has one underlying paradigm: in chaos there is order, in agitation there is harmony, and in destruction there is happiness.
