it’s the same melancholy feeling i have when looking through my own ficlets memorial…

I don’t think I get all the references here, but I enjoyed reading it nonetheless!

There are a few sentences which I think could be tightened a little – “Ficlets works” is a little clumsy, for example.

thanks Sang!, ficlets, the original site, and those works stored there in the memorial, plus those references that only a few know about, will make this a bit confusing for readers. I apologize. Maybe in sequels, by those few who know, things will get clearer.

I love it! This is great!

First of all, “Ficlinomicon” is awesome and hilarious. The beginning bit about the portal left me a bit confused, but the rest worked pretty well. I liked the whole metaphorical take on ficly and ficlets.

the tunnel and Krully’s cave, and the Ficlinomicon part is from a previous series on Ficlets and a chat log from the good ol’ days of role play with Ficlets folk. Really, only a few ppl would get that, so I apologize for the confusion. The portal at the end was just my way of tying the mythical Hawk Manor to the challenge.
