You know what this reminds me of? Doing class projects, when your partner won’t do a thing, and still gets the grade for all your work… I’m fairly sure that’s not what you intended, but being fresh out of high school that’s what came to mind :)

Actually, that is exactly the feeling I was truing to express here. I’m a member of a management team, and, well…someone isn’t getting the work done! Talk about frustrating!
