Uncle Jack has a hobby.. I don’t want to meet him, wait.. maybe he’s the Gardener!

Classic children’s adventure tale sort of stuff here. I like it, though it’s a bit straight-forward/non-dramatic at times, just in the wording. Maybe that was just a character limit thing, or I’m too keen on embellishment. I dunno. Nice entry into the house!

Is Uncle Jack perpetually pale with unusual dental features with a preference for an earthen coffin as a bed?

maybe he just holds the blood for the pointy teeth people…who knows… could be anything.

Garsecg really took this one in an unexpected direction, didn’t he? I’d love to see someone take it in the more predictable, bottled blood direction which I thought of when I read this. I’d like to see how the one ficly could spark two very different stories.

I like that this takes the house in a darker direction. Great description of the smell of the place, too.

I wish you had written out “hundreds” instead of using “100’s,” though.

i did originally, however .. the 1024 restriction forced me to use the numerical annotation instead… and to change anything to accommodate it wasn’t worth it.
