I get the sense now that Jhendayre has come to help the old man, or at least inquire of him for something. Not sure what the story tags mean, but I like the twist this episode is taking.

“You have given up on life and wait here for death to come.” This line strikes me as something only an Eladrin would say. So far this has been an interesting reunion of two intriguing characters!
