I turned away from the window and continued with the raid. We were currently searching houses for supplies that we could use. I walked into the kitchen looking for Ben. He is my scouting partner. Scouting groups are supposed to have four members each but we did well on our own so Captain let us stay that way. I found Ben digging through cabinets and occasionally throwing random objects into his bag.
“I’m going to check upstairs.” I told him. His head poked up behind the cabinet door and nodded. I turned and left the kitchen. On my way to the staircase I stopped in the downstairs bathroom I found a few bottles of medicine and pills. I opened my bag and threw them in. We had a doctor back at camp. Her name is Natalie but everyone calls her Doc. When we first got to camp they asked what our strengths were, and since I was studying medicine they assigned me to work with her. I was also assigned as a scout. So whenever I went on a scouting mission I felt like I needed to get all the medical supplies I could.
