I love your take on imagination.

I think your idea could be developed more if you took a couple of paragraphs to explore the transformation of the world in more detail.

Great idea, but really needs more exploration.

Interesting, but repetitive in places, (my pet peeve even if I do it myself!) So they find a way to travel to the memories, and they never come back. Is it time travel or dimension travel, you think?
