Loved the duality, and the humour was spot on.

Only thing I would change is the italics around “his.” It would go better on another word. Maybe “primal”?

I’m glad you liked it! And thank you for the suggestion on the italics, I struggled with that a bit, whether or not to even emphasize anything. I’ll fool around with it!
