I like the description of his head as a mountaintop, although surely a mountaintop is the part of a mountain covered with snow?

I wonder if you could build up a bit more of a sense of languor in the students before the man’s strange behaviour shocks them awake.

Well, that was disturbing. Kind of made me think of the movie Phantasm for some reason. I don’t see it ending well.

The dialog seemed a bit stiff. Maybe a contraction or two, or maybe dialect type stuff? (ie, izzat our teacher, dunno ask him, etc)

I love the last four lines. I might not have assumed he was going to kill the kids if I hadn’t read the tags… but the descriptions are awesome, I agree with THX about the dialog. Just make it sound a little more “teenagery”

I have a bad habit of reading tags first, and in all honesty, the tags ruined (because of the spoilers) the story. 4 pencils because of the tags, otherwise, it would have been 5. It reminds of when Rowlings mentioned that dumbledore was gay or that Neville Longbottom married Hannah Abbott and they live over a pub. Kind of a let down. I would have rather read it, than had a spoiler.
