spicy food does tend to keep some people up all night.. just kidding around with the spiced rice and morning skylights lines. :) Simple words, but complex rhythm and rhyme scheme. Plus, the optimists can assume there was a date while the pessimists can assume he’s still dreaming.. or had a rough night with the spiced rice!

I disagree, "Spiced Rice’ is as far as he’ll go or, “Spiced Rice” is as foreign a food as he’s ever going to get. And why “Spiced” and not “Spanish or Indian?” There’s A LOT in what’s NOT.
