Anti-psychotic would work better and tie it all together. Anti-depressants really don’t account for her obsession with death. I could be wrong. But the definitions between a person who’s obsessed with death and another who has depressive suicidal tendencies could be argued.

Love the rhyming scream! I would divide the last line up into two separate sentences. It’ll make your point a little stronger and do more to set up the foreshadowing I’m assuming you’re going for.
