Some strange flow issues, but I love stories that deal with perception of reality, and this one did it well.

yeah there’s 2 scenes here, I guess; plus the POV change, makes for a flow nightmare. I wanted to capture the whole story in one go, though. Will add some asterisks.

Ah, madness. Tragic. I actually wound up liking that you bring it back to reality, not giving into the temptation to leave lingering some hint that he’s not mad at all. Nope, he’s nuts.
