Wow, did not see that ending coming, especially since the beginning was so wonderfully sweet. Always thrown when I see a first person female protagonist written by someone with a “Mr” in their penname. Lovely, though heartbreaking, portrayal of the tenderness of love and the bitterness in the betrayal thereof.

What a good twist which was really brought out by how much this girl loves this guy. I guess there’s not much hostility there.
