What I got out of this was possibly she’s out of his league and yet, she remembered his name and that’s plenty enough for him. That moment was the fact she knew who he was which he never thought would have been possible?

Anyways, I like how this is realistic yet it’s got me thinking cute kinds of things that involve these two characters and the things that happen everyday can be so small but unbelievable.

Had that fantasy enough times through junior high and high school. Fun and cute, and I like your take on the challenge—not fantastical but a relatable fantasy. I know it’s a ‘journal entry’, but I think it would be better if you picked one tense (past or present) and stuck with it more consistently.
