Well that took a bizarre turn. Classic sort of start to a horror movie, the non-essential characters who die in the first 10 minutes to set up the threat. The part that starts, “Justin heart raced…” has all sorts of typo/grammar issues. Otherwise a fun story with a deadly turn I wasn’t expecting based on the tone.

I agree with THX. You actually don’t need that sentence:

Maybe something had happened to Aidan. Maybe he had passed out.
Aidan’s foot prints were easy to follow.

I actually missed the errors mentioned above the first time, this was moving so rapidly, I was caught up in the flow.

Interesting, Justin is worried, yet threatens to leave Aidan. Ultimately finding him …Being eaten by the cactus??? or something else? haha! Kinda wasn’t sure about the ending what was really going on. Like it for the pic involved in the contest!

First, I don’t want to know where the tentacle was pinning poor Aidan. XD

Second, I really dig this story.

Third, third paragraph from the bottom, you got an emergency ‘g’ in Justin.
