ATC: help

Considering the danger of the situation provides you with a powerful rush of adrenaline and an ever-increasing anxious uneasiness.

You speak before you think: “Okay, what can I do?”

“Stop the next crime before it happens,” replies the voice in your ear. “ You’ve already delayed it by taking this phone.”

“I did?”

“Yes, this phone is a switch for arming and disarming a bomb that’s been planted somewhere nearby!”

“What!” you say loudly.

BEEP

“What was that?” you ask.

“What was what?”

“A beep… I heard a beep… Is that the bomb?”

Dropping the phone from your ear, you notice the battery light flashing. “Never mind,” you say. “The battery is almost dead.”

“If that battery dies, you won’t be able to disarm the bomb!”

Uneasiness turns to panic as you fall to your hands and knees searching for any sign of where the bomb might be!

“Hey, buddy. You okay?” A large man dressed in white offers you his hand. “The doc doesn’t want you under the tables… Why don’t I take you back to your room now… Okay?”
