Great ending. I didn’t even need the tags to get it. Starting in the middle of the action works well. There’s enough packed in here to create a sense of the team dynamic, and it’s entertaining. Best line, even though it’s a tad slapstick: (value also questionable) Anything more will just be gushing.

The characters share the same kinda awkward, mostly generic voice. It works in a way, but it makes it hard to tell them apart. I love the humor, though. It’s mostly the sort of dry wit a certain types of people in authority have, with just a slight morbid touch.
