I’m going to guess he didn’t survive, which serves as a bit of a morality tale, the perils of philosophy taken too seriously. Kind of fits as well with the futility of solipsism itself, that if you perceive it the thing is there, but not there, but in your perceiving it, it is there for all intents and purposes.
That was so round-about it fits the philosophy perfectly, I should think.
