Thank you both for your uplifting comments :D If it’s of interest, ‘mano a mano’ is spanish for ‘hand to hand’. Monotone, in the last line, is describing the heart and its repetitious sound. ‘Mano a monotone’ could be understood as ‘hand to heart’, but I welcome other interpretations. Thanks again.
