Very lyrical. I like how it builds with repetition and rhyme— chalk full of rhyme (internal, imperfect, and perfect) and language devices. Song-like.
I see it from the viewpoint of someone in a somewhat poor, maybe unhealthy, relationship heading for a confrontation. I don’t know if there’s another way to see it. For now, all of these resentments are bottled up, just lying there letting it happen. Maybe that means it’s a fairly new couple. It’s all specualation… idk for sure… anywise, good job.
