Congrats! You made it by doing what’s necessary. And, you know, this is actually interesting. I like the change of pace here from fiction to non-fiction. It’s a non-ficly in a sense—an uncontrived peek into your world.
I was doing the exact same thing although I began writing before you did. I still didn’t finish until just before midnight (similar kinds of distractions).

A raw little piece of someone’s life. The best word I can sum this up with is refreshing. :)
