A Treatise on Thought: Part 1 (3/4)

No sane man could possibly attempt to explain to another man what reality is. For now, a working definition of reality will suffice. Reality is everything that is contained by the universe which we can experience or perceive through our physical senses. It is important to note here that not everything within reality is real and not everything outside reality is unreal. If senses can be tricked (take common desert mirages for example) into perceiving things that are not actually present, there is no reason to think of things that cannot be perceived as being in no way present. Let reality as a term be strictly limited to those things that are both perceived and present.
