The Mandatory Expatriation (Fatherland) Act and the EU-UN Deconstruction
(2038-2049)

Following the Social Reforms (2047) under the administration of President Benner, large numbers of the U.S population required stringent reevaluation . After the Fatherland Act passed (2048), any non-natural born American immediately had their citizenship status revoked, and a 60 day exit period was allowed before the State would begin prosecuting their unlawful presence. Furthermore, dissidents and sympathizers associated with the new illegals faced identical provisions. Many were expatriated to Russia and Scandanavia, along with dissidents fleeing from countries with similare policy.
The Fatherland Act was one in a series of many that rapidly passed between 2047 and 2049. Such acts were brought about after the UN and EU continuously mishandled economic policy during the beginning of the 21st Century. The resulting dissatisfaction led to the rise of the Union of Economic Strength (2038), quickly dubbed the UES
