Writers’s block can be fearsome, but always remains defeatable. Your tactics were perfect. Keep writing, for that is all the creature seems to take from you. It is our own minds that believe what we write is worthless. Better to write and dislike the result than to cease writing altogether.

One small written scrap of an idea, poorly formed, can lead to one better and then another until you have something to be proud of. Keep going!
