Because there is a sadness, this sadness, a certain kind of sadness that cuts deep and drinks deep and drinks until there is nothing left, no more tears for me to cry, and thank goodness because there is only so much liquid drama my pillow can hold,[pause] and rightly so.
What does it mean to have a sadness, that sadness, that certain kind of sadness? It means that type, that strain, that one particular cheateu, bordeaux[emphasis], color, type, year, scent[emphasis] of wine, that one wine that drinks it all away. It means that wine in the morning and in the afternoon, in the evening and in between night and the next day when you wake up because you can’t sleep, can’t sleep because the pillow’s too wet and your face? Your face is aching.
