A very sweet, metaphorical description of coming back onto the site and into writing. Not sure about the comma in the second sentence before “weeks earlier”. Maybe it’s just a flow thing how I’m reading it. Some nice imagery though.

I like the feel that the pens and quills and vats of ink give this, a creative spin. And she dives right in!

I like that, in this story, you had entombed yourself. You were buried under rocks in a classic tradition. Then, when HSAR called to you, you dove from death (burial) to life. A hug for love, and then thrust your hands into the ink and the creation process.

I am glad you are back.

I just enjoyed everything about this piece. Nice imagery; so awesome! I love the “glorious vats of ink.”
