Maybe say ‘THE creases’ in the second line – it just threw me off a little in its current phrasing.

Great message of sacrifice. The character is a very admirable one, and well portrayed. I love it when so much emotion is compressed into the ficly limit, which it certainly is here. That ending … I agree with HSAR, it really hits hard.

Great take on the challenge. It drew me in.

Brutal, but lovely. Feels like the intro to a much longer piece. :)
