Amazingly enough, despite being a very abstract poem, it seems to have come through translation more or less intact! That’s pretty amazing. :)

I think the way you choose your languages has a lot to do with it. Especially Finnish and Esperanto have pre- and postfixes that indicate object and subject as well as tense.
