A rude awakening
Imagine waking up one morning, in a locked room. You don’t remember who you are, the yellow light from the old ceiling light hurts your eyes. There are no windows, you are alone here. You hear footsteps getting closer, then the door being unlocked. When the door is pushed open, blinding white light fills the room. Two sets of unfamiliar hands grab you and drag you outside.
Outside of your room, everything looks clean. You’re in a Hospital. Apart from the two men dragging you away you see no other person until you are thrown into another room. You suppose the man you see now is a doctor. He doesn’t smile or tell you to sit, he just grabs your arm and injects you with something.
“Tell me your name.” He says “Where are you from?” You can’t answer him. The Doctor nods and notes something on a clipboard before the two men return to take you back to your room and lock you in once more. eventually, although scared, you fall asleep.
