I like all of these tidbits just as they are—there’s definitely deeper stories hidden in the details of any one of those lines. I’ve been reading Hyperion (Dan Simmons) so that’s where my mind seems to be headed—a longer story built of smaller, highly interesting mini arcs. Could totally see a great story for Martha.
