Investigations: Inspector Molina
“Take him to a padded cell.” She forced herself not to crush the would-be suicide pill in her fist.
The man seemed slightly confused but was smiling as the guards came and handcuffed him. “I’ll see you later, Inspector!”
“Don’t treat him too roughly.” She called over her shoulder. As much as she wanted to hurt him, if Minusc really was his boss, there was no excuse to anger Minusc. Especially if he was working with the Snakes of Doom.
She quickly left the interrogation room and headed upstairs to where Machina’s police headquarters was bustling with the usual night fervor. It was a bronze and copper conglomeration of desks, chairs, lights, suits, and badges. The noise level was tolerable this evening although, Inspector Molina knew it could get pretty wild in here. She knew exactly what this bustling city’s “common criminals” were capable of.
Inspector Molina quickly steeled herself and made a beeline for Captain Thufferson’s office.
