Those wars fought between humans were something. Nuclear bombs. Biological warfare. It’s all terrifying. This thing though. It crippled the race. We faced an enemy that had no preference. You couldn’t side with it. You lost all of your loved ones. If they lived, they weren’t the same. This will take years to be written up. Wars will never match up as human history will almost have to be re-written.
War. This thing was insanity. Psychological. This time we had an enemy that had no tactics. It’s one thing to be terrified of an enemy who is flanking you. It’s another who charges at you without a care.
We wiped them out. We succeeded. At what cost though?
