Classic Sauce (Pt. 4)

I made my way with all due hast to the outer area, where there were all manner of business men and beautiful ladies with luggage much more expensive than mine waiting for their rides away from this terminal. With one glance behind me to ascertain whether the constabulary were still in pursuit, I pursed my lips and blew, grabbing the attention of a cab driver with my quick, shrill note.

Before I entered the vehicle, I made note of its peculiar markings. The legal plate on its rear claimed the word ‘Fresh’ while on the inside, one could easily see two fuzzy ornaments hanging from its rear view mirror. I noticed they were actually novelty dice. Quaint, I thought. And a bit odd. I checked behind me again and thought I saw the man with my name approaching so I jumped into the vehicle, slammed the door, and screamed, “Yo, holmes! To Bel-Air!”

It was well past dusk as I approached my aunt and uncle’s house. I stepped out of the backseat, eyes full of wonder at the sight of the mansion before me.
