I was 8 years old the summer that this happened. I often wonder what the black gentleman was thinking as my grandmother stood there terrified and I tried to explain to her that he looked just like The Temptations.

Very cute and sweet, life through the eyes of a child. I moved around but grew up a lot in the South so I can kind of relate. Very easy read, or flowed well, or something like that.
