Where is South Dakota
“Well, Mr. Brown, you know where we are?” The boy frowned.
“How do you know my name?”
“I searched your wallet when I stopped here. Your name is Walter Brown. You’re 44 years old with one son who is in college.”
He glared at the boy, “I’m afraid I have no clue where we are due to the fact that I blacked out.”
“Well, that was my fault. But I mean more like… where on Earth are we?” The boy smirked.
Walter’s eyebrows furrowed together, “What did you say your name was?”
“Shake Frost. Now where are we?”
“South Dakota.”
“And South Dakota is… close to the equator?”
“Um… Shake? How old are you?” Walter asked, noting the boy’s immense build and height.
“Uh. Is that relevant?”
“Yes.” Walter said a bit harshly.
Shake narrowed his eyes, “I don’t know how old I am. I don’t know where I am. I don’t know where South Dakota is. OK?”
“Are you an orphan?” Walter asked in bewilderment.
Shake gave a bark of laughter, “I guess so. We need to go. Time is running out and we’ve been in here for too long.”
