If we mention to winter, the first food comes on my mind is hot pot. I really enjoy having a hot pot in winter with my dear families and friends. Although the weather is cold, just eat something hot then it can make our whole body warm immediately. I think the most important character in hot pot is its sauce. And my mother has a unique sauce invented by her own. I can’t tell you the secret of making this sauce, but I can describe what it tastes like. It is a little bit sweet and sour. And it can let all the food in hot pot become special and moreish. With this sauce, your appetite definitely increases to the top and you will fly in the charming taste.
