I like the tone and the Fight Club vibe I’m getting from the whole “I live a mundane, corporate, IKEA lifestyle,” thing. I am confused whether or not this character is an assassin, death, a rapist, a nurse, or what. Was that intentional, or did you have a profession in mind?

Some of the phrasing is a bit awkward, like this sentence: “The beauty part is that it all starts over again tomorrow.” This may be a local colloquialism that I’m not necessarily familiar with, but it reads awkwardly to me.

Overall it’s an enjoyable read, with some definite sequel potential.

I didn’t have any designs for this bit, just kind of tapped away. I needed an ending so I added those last few lines to make it intentionally vague.

Those last lines make it sound like he’s giving her her first smack of heroin or something like that. Totally desolate. Excellently drawn.
