As Otto rested in his hospital bed, Dr. DaFrick visited him and commented on how remarkable his recovery was going. The doctor mentioned that he had noted three spleens while doing surgery on Otto. He asked Otto if had ever considered being a living spleen donor. The condition, polysplenia, was very rare in occurance. Statistically, someone having this condition runs between the odds of the Cleveland Browns making the playoffs and Kristen Stewart emoting. Otto decided against being a living spleen donor, and thanked the doctor for his heroic efforts to save his life.
