I haven’t read this series yet so I don’t know the backstory, but now I really want to! I like that imperfection and mortality are what give her beauty. Some sort of uprising of the machines? I love the line “Her scream is disorganized sound, breathy and off pitch.” I need to go back to read how we got to this point!
