I really enjoyed this! A funny twist on the previous storyline.

Hmm… Except for one or two lines, it wasn’t intended to be funny.

…well, it’s not laugh-out-loud funny, but it does keep the thing rolling along with the faint air of jocularity that a nagging ego naturally engenders. Enjoyable, in any case.

I like it. The back and forth works well and feels quite genuine to the situation. I like the conflict between pragmatism, realism, and some hopeless romanticism in there as well.
