Feels like a very lovely moment, but haunted all the same. This gets used to good effect with that last line about nobody else being there. The narrator seems free and in some ways happy but still unfulfilled and uneasy.

It is a lovely moment, very richly described, and very inward looking.

If anything, I think the descriptive language could be made more sparse, to enhance the overall effect.
