My own kids tend to save their destructive behaviour for home: they’re little angels at school. :-/

I can see how the teacher would be frustrated by this situation, but such things are rarely solved by punishment. Understanding is the only productive first step. I can see this teacher coming to a sticky end if she doesn’t find some time to understand him.
