This is neat. A nice take on Red Riding Hood, I like it! Well Done

All of your story is in present tense, except for one sentence that sticks out like a sore thumb. (“I stopped and searched..”)
Otherwise, a great moment captured between Red and Wolf; the lost girl, seeking a miracle, finding it, but feeling fear, anticipation, and trying to think clearly.. :)
